EA Calling for EOI for Casual Vacancy Elected Directors x 3 Positions

Equestrian Australia Limited (ACN 077 455 755) (EA) has 3 Casual Vacancies for the position of 'Elected Director' on the EA board.

2 Elected Director position terms are till the 2019 AGM, and 1 is a term till the 2020 AGM.

Casual Vacancies for Elected Directors are appointed by the Board.

Participating Members and Branches are invited to nominate persons to be considered by the EA Board to fill any vacancies for Elected Directors.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) via nominations are now being sought from Participating Members and Branches for the Casual Vacancy Elected Director positions.
